# AI Commands

> List of ! commands available in AI Helpdesk chat

In AI Helpdesk chat, commands starting with `!` let users and operators quickly perform actions such as escalating sessions or changing assignees.

  In channels, prefix commands with a mention to the bot. Inside threads, type commands directly.

## Command list

| Command                  | Description                                                       | Who can use                                       |

| `!help`                  | Show the list of available commands                               | Everyone                                          |
| `!escalate`              | Escalate to an operator (unassigned queue if no target specified) | Everyone                                          |
| `!escalate @username`    | Escalate directly to the specified user                           | Everyone                                          |
| `!assign @username`      | Assign the session to the specified operator                      | Everyone                                          |
| `!assign ai`             | Return the session to the AI agent                                | Everyone                                          |
| `!close`                 | Close the current session                                         | Everyone                                          |
| `!status`                | Check the current session status                                  | Everyone                                          |
| `!feedback <comment>`    | Send feedback                                                     | Everyone                                          |
| `!approve`               | Approve a pending approval request                                | Only the target specified by the approval routing |
| `!deny`                  | Deny a pending approval request                                   | Only the target specified by the approval routing |
| `!lang [en\|ja\|system]` | Check or change your own language setting                         | Everyone                                          |
