# MoneyForward Cloud Payroll

> Instructions for integrating with MoneyForward Cloud Payroll. This guide covers the full process from administrator login to completing the integration between MoneyForward Admina and MoneyForward Cloud Payroll.

## Prerequisites

### How to Log In to MoneyForward Cloud Payroll

Go to the [MoneyForward Cloud Payroll login page](https://payroll.moneyforward.com/), enter your **email address and password**, and log in.

### How to Obtain Your Workspace Key

After logging in to MoneyForward Cloud Payroll, go to **Integration Settings** from the left menu tab.
Then scroll to the **bottom of the Integration Settings screen**.

The **API KEY** is displayed under the **External System Integration.
Identifier** field — this is your **workspace key**, so save it.

## Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for **MoneyForward Cloud Payroll**.

Enter an arbitrary name (such as your company name) for the **workspace name**.
Along with the **workspace key** obtained in the previous step, then click **Connect**.

Once the integration with MoneyForward Cloud Payroll is successful.
The registered user information will appear in the account list.

If the process does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click **Edit**.
Try connecting again.

## Manual SaaS Account Linking When Email Address Cannot Be Retrieved

Because this service does not allow retrieval of email addresses, the user type will be determined as "Unknown."

If needed, manually link (de-duplicate/merge) accounts with other accounts.
