# Collaboflow
> Steps to integrate with Collaboflow. This guide covers the complete process from administrator login to integration setup between MoneyForward Admina and Collaboflow.

Account Deletion
A system administrator account is required for integration.
## Prerequisites
### How to Log In to Collaboflow
On the Collaboflow login page, enter the system administrator's user ID and password, and log in.
### How to Obtain the Organization ID
After logging in to Collaboflow, **part of the URL is the Organization ID**. Save it.
### How to Obtain the Workspace Key
From the **Settings gear icon** in the upper right, navigate to **System Administration Area > Environment Settings**.
Scroll down the Environment Settings page to find the **REST API** section.
To use an existing API, save the displayed **API key**.
To create a new one, enter any **client name (e.g., company name)**, select **HTTP Header Authentication**.
Click **+ Issue API key** to add it to the **client list**. The **API key is your workspace key**. Save it.
## Integration Setup
In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for **Collaboflow**.
Enter any **workspace name (e.g., company name)**, the **Organization ID**, **workspace key**.
**system administrator's user ID** obtained in the previous steps, then click **Connect**.
Once the integration with Collaboflow is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list.
If the setup does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click **Edit**.
Try connecting again.
