# Hotjar

> Instructions for integrating with Hotjar. This guide covers the full process from logging in to Hotjar as an administrator to completing the integration with MoneyForward Admina.

## Prerequisites

### How to Log In to Hotjar

Go to the [Hotjar login page](https://insights.hotjar.com/login) and sign in with your email address and password.

### How to Find Your Workspace Key

After logging in to Hotjar, open the **menu from the icon in the upper right**. Go to **Account Settings > Organizations & sites** to reach the Sites & Organizations page.

The **Organization name** next to the building icon is your **workspace key** — copy it.

## Integration Setup

Search for **Hotjar** on the MoneyForward Admina integrations page.

Enter the **workspace key** obtained in the previous step.
Along with the **email address and password** for your Hotjar login, then click **Connect**.

Once the integration with Hotjar is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list.

If the integration did not complete successfully.
Click **Edit** from the Status tab on the integrations page and try connecting again.
