# MoneyForward Cloud Accounting

> Instructions for integrating with MoneyForward Cloud Accounting.

## Prerequisites

### How to Log in to MoneyForward Cloud Accounting

Go to the [MoneyForward Cloud Accounting login page](https://accounting.moneyforward.com/home) and enter your email address and password to log in.

  Integration using external authentication accounts such as Google or SSO is not supported. For details, see [\[Restrictions\] Integration Failure with Google Authentication or SSO External Accounts](/en/it-management/faq/7gbneu0vz5-auth-error).

### How to Obtain the Workspace Key

After logging in to MoneyForward Cloud Accounting.
Click your profile name in the upper right corner and select **"Manage Business Entities & Fiscal Years"**.

The **Business Entity Number** shown on the following screen is your **workspace key**. Save it for later.

## Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for **MoneyForward Cloud Accounting**.

Enter the **workspace key** obtained in the previous step.
Along with your MoneyForward Cloud Accounting login **email address** and **password**.

Enter the two-factor authentication code configured in the [two-factor authentication setup steps](https://biz.moneyforward.com/support/guide/g003.html#wrapper), then click **Connect**.

Once the integration with MoneyForward Cloud Accounting is successful.
The registered user information will appear in the account list.

If the process does not complete successfully.
Go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click **Edit**, and try again.
