# Zendesk

> Instructions for integrating with Zendesk.

## Prerequisites

### How to Log in to Zendesk

Go to the [Zendesk login page](https://www.zendesk.co.jp/login/#login) and enter your email address and password to log in.

### How to Obtain Your Workspace Key

After logging in to Zendesk, part of the URL displayed is your **workspace key**. Save it for later.

`https://{workspace-key}.zendesk.com/agent/dashboard`

## Integration Setup

On the MoneyForward Admina integrations screen, search for **Zendesk**.

Enter the **workspace key** obtained in the previous step and click **Connect**.

Once the integration with Zendesk is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list.

If it does not complete successfully, click **Edit** from the Status tab on the integrations screen and try again.
