# Intercom

> Instructions for integrating with Intercom.

## Prerequisites

### How to Log In to Intercom

Go to the [Intercom login page](https://app.intercom.com/admins/sign_in) and enter your email address and password to log in.

## Integration Setup

In the Admina Integrations screen, search for **Intercom**.

Click **Connect**.

Click **Authorize access**.

Once the Intercom integration is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list.

If the process did not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the Integrations screen, click Edit, and try connecting again.
