# 2022/10/12 Release

> The last usage date for multiple services can now be automatically retrieved via IT Management Cloud integration. Account deletion and deactivation for Slack and Zoom are now supported.

By integrating multiple services with IT Management Cloud, the last usage date can now be retrieved automatically.

Support for Slack — one of the most frequently requested services — makes it easier to manage accounts that have not been used for extended periods, such as guest accounts.

Account deletion and deactivation for Zoom, another highly requested feature, are now supported.
