We have added a feature to mute alert notifications for former employee accounts. This allows you to exclude accounts for cloud services where accounts need to be retained — such as for employees on leave — from alert notification targets.Key specifications
- You can set a time limit for muting (indefinite muting is also available)
- The following alerts can be selected as mute targets.
Improvements & Fixes
In addition to the existing alerts for former employees, it is now possible to receive notifications for integration-related alerts. The newly added notification types are as follows:- Normal integration: Notifies you of the number of SaaS services being synchronized normally.
- Integration error: Notifies you of the number of SaaS services with integration errors.
- Shadow IT detection: Notifies you of the number of shadow IT-detected SaaS services that can be integrated with IT Management Cloud.
