This allows customers who use Okta as their HR master to manage SaaS account administration through IT Management Cloud. For instructions on setting Okta as the employee master, please see below. [Set Employee Master - Okta](/en/integrations/5rad7jk230-okta) ## SaaS License Assignment Status Visualization We have made it possible to visualize the license assignment status for each SaaS. For supported SaaS services, you can view the license information you hold under "License" in the "Information" tab of each service. You can also filter by owned license in the "Accounts" tab. (\* Only a subset of SaaS services are currently supported. We will expand coverage gradually.) ## Added Resignation/Leave Classification When Deactivating Accounts Previously, temporary account suspension (deactivation) was uniformly labeled as "Resigned." By distinguishing between "Resigned" and "On Leave," account management can now be handled more precisely. For the conditions under which user type labels are applied, please see below.
