We have released a feature to retrieve the sharing status of files in external storage. By retrieving information about externally shared files (file names and links) and sending alert notifications, this feature helps you identify and address unintended external file exposure. The following cloud services are supported:

Check file sharing status
Alerts for publicly shared files

By connecting the supported services with IT Management Cloud, you can retrieve file sharing status. Please check the link above for details.
