A cap on the number of files retrieved also optimizes data costs. 2023/12/13 Release 2023/12/13 Release ## Enhancements ### Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enforcement When an administrator or employee logs in using MoneyForward ID, login can now be blocked if two-factor authentication has not been configured. This allows you to restrict all users to logins that meet a certain security standard. ## Specification Changes ### Maximum File Detection Count for Public Files In connection with optimization of data storage and access costs, we have set the following upper limit on the number of files retrieved (publicly shared + limited sharing). Once the cause of an alert is resolved (i.e., a file is removed from the public list), new files will be detected on the next sync run, and public files up to the maximum count will be retrieved. In addition to stopping sharing, we are also planning to implement alert exclusion via a safe list in the future.
