**Addition of Deletion-Supported SaaS Services**

Previously, only deactivation (not full deletion) was allowed for accounts where content loss could occur. This was to avoid accidental deletion of important content. However, in response to customer demand for deleting accounts along with their data, we made changes starting in 2024.

We now allow account and content deletion, with cautionary notices displayed during the operation.

For details on the precautions, including which SaaS services are affected, see the notes on the risk of data loss. These notes apply when deleting cloud service accounts.

When executing a deletion operation with significant impact, a warning message is displayed on screen. A confirmation checkbox like the following also appears. Please review everything carefully before proceeding to the next step.
