# 2024/4/23 Release

> A safelist feature has been added to the external sharing content management functionality. You can now set exclusion conditions to prevent safe public files from being flagged.

## Safelist Feature

A safelist has been added to the external sharing content management functionality. By setting exclusion conditions (file, domain, or email address), you can exclude files that are considered safe from being detected as publicly shared.

The following use cases are supported:

**Use Case 1**: Mark all access to a specific public file as safe.

**Use Case 2**: Mark files shared within your own company's domains or group company domains as safe.

**Use Case 3**: Mark files shared with specific individuals (email addresses) as safe.
