New Feature: Google Workspace Archived License Support — Visibility into Hidden License Costs

Google Workspace “Archived” license users are now retrieved and displayed. Go to Services > Google Workspace > Accounts. The License column now shows Google Workspace Enterprise Plus - Archived User. This gives you a clear view of archived users and their license usage that was previously untrackable. What this solves: Reliable operational design: Archived licenses that were previously managed only by intuition can now be optimized with a data-driven approach.
