Update Highlights

Resolved garbled text in Excel: We have added a BOM (Byte Order Mark) to the beginning of exported CSV files. Excel will now automatically recognize the file as UTF-8, eliminating the need to manually specify the encoding during import. Improved compatibility: Line endings have been standardized to the Windows-standard “CRLF” format. By adopting the highly versatile combination of “UTF-8 BOM + CRLF,” we have improved usability across a wide range of environments. Smooth re-import: When you edit content in Excel, save the file, and re-import it, encoding mismatches that previously caused issues are now prevented.

How to Use

No special configuration is required. Simply download the file from the “CSV Export” option on each screen and open it directly in Excel or similar software. If you have any questions or requests, please feel free to contact our support team!
