February 2026 Release Summary!! February 2026 updates focused on “increased automation flexibility” and “greater data management freedom.” Features such as custom field editing and immediate workflow execution reduce manual work to a minimum. This enables more intuitive and faster management. In addition, we added support for 7 new service integrations, further expanding the range of SaaS you can manage.

📊 Significantly Enhanced Custom Field Editing and Management

We made updates to increase management flexibility in response to operational needs. These needs include changing custom field options after the fact and making identifiers easier to understand. Custom field option editing: You can now add, change, or delete options for devices and directories. This works even after operations have started. Field ID editing: You can now set intuitive, readable ID names for custom fields. This reduces the effort involved in data management and API integration. 📊 Improved Workflow Automation Flexibility and Stability

We have evolved the workflow feature to be more granular and stable in order to handle complex business requirements. Immediate execution: Workflows for specific employees can now be executed directly from the directory screen. Use of custom fields: Custom fields can now be used in workflow execution conditions and data mapping. Condition segmentation and retry functionality: Enables detailed automation settings by department. It also supports stable operation by automatically retrying upon provisioning failure. In February, we added support for a total of 7 new service integrations. Notable additions include Slack Enterprise and project management tools, essential for large-scale operations.
