# Cannot log in

> How to resolve issues when you cannot log in.

#### **I don't know how to log in**

Go to [Login](https://itmc.i.moneyforward.com/) and log in with your [MoneyForward ID](/en/it-management/tutorial/93a9bikaqq-user#moneyforward-id-login) or [another method](/en/it-management/tutorial/93a9bikaqq-user#other-login-methods).

If you have forgotten your login credentials, refer to [Change your MoneyForward ID login information](/en/it-management/faq/rxbj8qxpro-password).

#### **The "Create Organization" screen appears and I cannot log in**

If the "[Create Organization](https://itmc.i.moneyforward.com/register)" screen appears and you cannot log in, the email address you used might be incorrect.

Verify your email address and try [logging in](https://itmc.i.moneyforward.com/) again.

#### **"You need to solve a puzzle before continuing. The puzzle requires Google Translate to be enabled. Please enable Google Translate and try again."**

Confirm you are a human user

Complete the security check before continuing. This step verifies that you are not a bot, and helps protect your account and prevent spam. \[Start]

If the screen above appears and pressing \[Start] does not advance the page, try the following:

#### **An error screen appears and I cannot log in**

When logging in, an error screen such as "403 Forbidden" may appear and prevent you from logging in.

If you can only log in from certain browsers, try the steps below to resolve the issue.

Try the following steps and check whether the issue is resolved:

1. Clear your browser cache.
2. Delete related cookies.

#### **If the issue is not resolved**

* A screenshot or video showing the screen
* The date and time the issue occurred (for 403 errors, include both the date and time so we can check the logs)
