| Atlassian | Only users with verified domains can be fetched (external IDs from unverified domains cannot be fetched). |
| Atlassian products: Jira, Trello, Confluence | The information that can be fetched depends on each user's Atlassian ID settings. See the details below.<br />For Jira, if **Default Access** is set to **Private**, email addresses cannot be retrieved. See [Configuring the user default settings (external)](https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0818/configuring-the-user-default-settings-1082266545.html).<br />For Confluence, if **Profile Visibility** is set to private, email addresses cannot be retrieved. ## Q. How do I fetch Jira, Confluence, or Trello accounts?

**A.** By integrating your Atlassian account, you can fetch accounts for the other products (Jira, Confluence, Trello).

Accounts for Jira, Confluence, Trello, and similar products are unified under Atlassian. You manage them centrally from the Atlassian admin console.

Please review [About fetching Atlassian accounts](/en/it-management/faq/w2k92cqw8b-jira-confluence-trello#atlassian) before choosing which integration to enable.

Example: to fetch only users with verified domains in the Atlassian admin console, integrate only **Atlassian**.

## Q. How can I check whether Jira's "Default Access" is set to Private?

**A.** See [Configuring the user default settings — Jira (external)](https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0818/configuring-the-user-default-settings-1082266545.html). It explains how to check whether Jira's **Default Access** is set to **Private**.

For other services, refer to the [Atlassian product documentation (external)](https://confluence.atlassian.com/alldoc/atlassian-documentation-32243719.html).

## Q. After integrating Atlassian, can I view licenses for Jira, Confluence, and Trello?

**A.** Yes. You can check them under **Services > Atlassian > Information > Licenses**. Alternatively, check under **Services > Atlassian > Accounts** with the **License** filter.

For details, see [Accounts (service details)](/en/it-management/saas-management/dcqgfmkgaq-services) and [Information (service details)](/en/it-management/saas-management/dcqgfmkgaq-services).
