# 4. Stop a Connected Service (Disconnect Integration)

> You can disconnect a service if it returns an error, does not work correctly, or you no longer need the integration.

You can stop (disconnect) an integration when you no longer need a connected service or when it is not working correctly due to an error.

  **Disconnecting an integration deletes the data retrieved from the service.**

Go to **Integrations > Status** and click **\[Delete]**.

Clicking **\[Delete]** removes the integration.

#### FAQ

Q. If I delete a SaaS entry from Integrations > Status, will the accounts on the SaaS side be deleted?

A. No. The accounts on the connected service itself are not deleted.

Only the data associated with that workspace is deleted.
