# FastAnswer2

> FastAnswer2との連携方法です。マネーフォワードAdminaからFastAnswer2への、管理者のログインから、連携方法まで一連の手順を解説します。

## 事前準備

### FastAnswer2へのログイン方法

FastAnswer2ログインページにて、メールアドレス・パスワードを入力しログインします。

### ワークスペースキーの取得方法

管理者ログインページのURLの一部がワークスペースキーとなります。

`https://www1.fastcloud.jp/` **`ワークスペースキー`** `/MasterManage.html`

### プロビジョニング設定について

担当業務とアカウントポリシーのデフォルト設定は以下の通りです。

## インテグレーションのセットアップ

インテグレーション画面にて、**FastAnswer2**で検索します。

前の手順で取得した**ワークスペースキーとFastAnswer2ログイン用メールアドレス・パスワード**を入力し、**連携する**をクリックします。ワークスペース名は任意入力です。

FastAnswer2との連携に成功すると、アカウント一覧に登録済みのユーザー情報が表示されます。

正常に完了しない場合は、インテグレーション画面のステータスタブから**編集**し、再度連携をお試しください。
