# Freshcaller

> Freshcaller連携手順：ログイン後、ワークスペースキーとAPIキーを取得し、Admina画面で簡単設定

## 事前準備

### ログイン方法

[Freshcallerログインページ](https://login.freshworks.com/email-login/)にて、メールアドレス・パスワードを入力し、ログインします。

### ワークスペースキーの確認方法

Freshcallerログイン後、URLを確認します。**URLの一部**が**ワークスペースキー**となります。

`https://moneyforwardi.freshcaller.com/` の場合、 **moneyforwardi** が**ワークスペースキー**です。

### APIキーの取得方法

**右上のアイコン** > **Personal Settings** をクリックします。

**API** > **API DETAILS FOR PHONE** の項目の **Your API Key** が使用するAPIキーです。

## インテグレーションのセットアップ

インテグレーション画面にて、**Freshcaller**で検索します。

任意の**ワークスペース名**、前の手順で取得した**ワークスペースキー**、**APIキー**を入力し、**連携する**をクリックします。

連携に成功すると、アカウント一覧に登録済みのユーザー情報が表示されます。

正常に完了しない場合は、インテグレーション画面のステータスタブから**編集**し、再度連携をお試しください。

解決しない場合はチャットにてお問い合わせください。
