How to change notification settings
Locate the notification settings section
The Notification settings section lists all notification items.
No Save button is needed for notification settings. Toggling the switch saves the change immediately.

Session Resolved
Sends a notification when a session is marked as resolved.Session Auto-Resolved
Sends a notification when a session is automatically resolved by the system. The auto-close timing is controlled by the auto-close threshold configured in Session settings.When a session is resolved or auto-resolved, a completion message is also posted to the chat thread where the conversation took place. This happens independently of this notification setting.
