Go to Settings > Agent > Notification settings to toggle notifications for session events. This is an Admin role action.

Notification types

How to change notification settings

Open the Agent tab

Open Settings > Agent in the admin console.

Locate the notification settings section

The Notification settings section lists all notification items.

Toggle the switch

Slide the toggle to the right to enable a notification, or to the left to disable it. Changes are saved immediately.
No Save button is needed for notification settings. Toggling the switch saves the change immediately.

Notification details

Session Resolved

Sends a notification when a session is marked as resolved.

Session Auto-Resolved

Sends a notification when a session is automatically resolved by the system. The auto-close timing is controlled by the auto-close threshold configured in Session settings.
When a session is resolved or auto-resolved, a completion message is also posted to the chat thread where the conversation took place. This happens independently of this notification setting.
