Q. What happens if the person who connected a SaaS has their account deleted, for example due to leaving the company?

A. The integration may continue working, or it may return an error. The integration will not be automatically disconnected, and no data will be deleted. If an error appears, have the new integration owner reconnect the integration to resume sync. If you need to disconnect the integration, follow the steps in Stop a connected service (disconnect integration).

Q. If I change my password after connecting a SaaS, will the integration break?

A. Yes, the integration will break. Please reconnect the integration after changing your password.

Q. I enabled two-factor authentication after connecting a SaaS. Will this cause any issues?

A. When two-factor authentication is enabled, a secret key is required during the connection process. If you already enabled two-factor authentication and no longer have the secret key, disconnect the integration. See Stop a connected service (disconnect integration) for the steps. Then reconnect the integration.
