Account Deletion
A system administrator account is required for integration.
Prerequisites
How to Log In to Collaboflow
On the Collaboflow login page, enter the system administrator’s user ID and password, and log in.
How to Obtain the Organization ID
After logging in to Collaboflow, part of the URL is the Organization ID. Save it.
How to Obtain the Workspace Key
From the Settings gear icon in the upper right, navigate to System Administration Area > Environment Settings.
Scroll down the Environment Settings page to find the REST API section.
To use an existing API, save the displayed API key.
To create a new one, enter any client name (e.g., company name), select HTTP Header Authentication.
Click + Issue API key to add it to the client list. The API key is your workspace key. Save it.
Integration Setup
In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for Collaboflow.
Enter any workspace name (e.g., company name), the Organization ID, workspace key.
system administrator’s user ID obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect.
Once the integration with Collaboflow is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list.
If the setup does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit.
Try connecting again.
