How to Log In to Freshservice

Go to the Freshservice login page, enter your Freshservice domain name, and log in. Freshservice login screen

How to Obtain the Workspace Key

After logging in to Freshservice, click your profile picture in the upper right corner and navigate to the Profile Settings page. Profile settings menu Part of the URL is your workspace key. Save it for later. https://{workspace-key}.freshservice.com/profiles/.../edit Check workspace key

How to Obtain the Access Key

The API key is displayed on the right side of the Profile Settings page. The API key serves as your access key. Save it for later. Check API key

Integration Setup

Search for Freshservice in the MoneyForward Admina integration screen. Integration search Enter any string for the workspace name (e.g., your company name), along with the workspace key and access key obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect. Enter integration details Once the integration with Freshservice is successful, registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integration screen, click Edit, and try connecting again.
