Prerequisites

How to Log In to Acall

Go to the Acall login page and log in with your email address, password, or other credentials.

External authentication accounts such as Google or SSO cannot be used for the integration.

Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integrations screen, search for Acall.

Enter the email address and password for your WorkstyleOS (Acall) login and click Connect.

Once the integration with Acall is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list.

If it does not complete successfully. Click Edit from the Status tab on the integrations screen and try connecting again.
