About the Zoom Integration

MoneyForward Admina (hereinafter “Admina”) is a SaaS management platform provided by MoneyForward i Inc. As the use of SaaS tools in organizations continues to grow, Admina helps IT administrators discover, optimize, and manage their company’s SaaS usage and costs, enabling more effective utilization of software assets. Through the Admina and Zoom integration, users can view and manage access and license usage directly from the Admina dashboard. Admina analyzes access counts, usage rates, and license consumption to help users determine the optimal Zoom plan for their organization. Admina provides the following features to help organizations ensure governance, reduce costs, improve security, and reduce the workload associated with SaaS management:

  • Centralized SaaS management and database
  • SaaS and employee lifecycle management
  • Integrations with 200+ SaaS applications
In Admina, account management is automated, and since Zoom OAuth is required to use the API, users can connect Admina and Zoom easily. The Admina app calls the API on a daily basis to retrieve account and role data. The retrieved data is only disclosed to the data owner and company members. It will not be disclosed to any third parties.
Uninstalling requires deletion from both the Zoom side and the Admina side. See the instructions below for details.
The integration requires Owner permission. If you do not have this permission, please have a user with Owner permission change your permissions at the following location:Admin > Roles > Members > Role Settings > User and Permission Management
  • User and Role Management: Check View
  • Perform bulk processing for deletion, unlinking, and suspension: Check Edit (if adding or deleting accounts from Admina)

Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for Zoom. Zoom search Enter any string such as your company name for the workspace name and click Connect. Workspace name input You will be redirected to the Zoom login screen. Log in using your preferred login method or enter your Zoom email address and password. Zoom login After logging in, a permission confirmation screen will appear. Review the content and click Authorize. Permission confirmation If you see the following screen instead of the one above, click Approve for all users. Approve for all users Click Enable. Enable Click Allow. Allow Once the integration with Zoom is successful, the registered user information will be displayed in the account list. If the integration does not complete successfully, click Edit in the Status tab of the integration screen and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat. How to Uninstall Zoom / Disconnect

Uninstalling requires deletion from both the Zoom side and the Admina side.
  1. Select Zoom from the integration screen and click the delete button.
  2. Go to the Zoom Installed Apps page, find Money Forward Admina (IT Management Cloud), and click Uninstall.

App Scopes

This integration uses the following scopes:
  • View all user roles/role:read:admin
This scope is used to display the role names assigned to users.
  • View all user information/user:read and write:admin
This scope is used to display, add, delete, and deactivate users’ names and email addresses.
