How to Log In to NinjaOne RMM

How to Obtain the Client ID and Client Secret

After logging in to NinjaOne RMM, navigate to ⚙Administration in the side menu, then go to APP > API > Client App IDs tab. Administration APP menu Click Add to generate an App. For Application platform, select API Services (machine-to-machine). Application platform selection Enter and select the following values, then click Save. NAME — Any name (department name, purpose, etc.) Redirect URLshttps://itmc.i.moneyforward.com/oauth/callback ScopesMonitoring Allowed Grant TypeAuthorization Code / Client Credentials / Refresh Token App settings input screen After saving, the client secret used for integration will be displayed — copy and save it. Note: The client secret cannot be displayed again, so please take note of it carefully. Client secret display screen Return to the API page. The API you just generated will appear in the Client App IDs list, where you can find the Client ID. This is the client ID used for integration — copy and save it. Client ID confirmation screen

Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integration screen, search for NinjaOne RMM. Integration search screen Enter any workspace name, the Base URL, and the client ID and client secret obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect. Enter one of the following for the Base URL:
  • https://app.ninjarmm.com
  • https://eu.ninjarmm.com
  • https://oc.ninjarmm.com
Integration settings screen Once the NinjaOne RMM integration is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, click Edit from the Status tab on the integration screen and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
