Prerequisites

An account with administrator privileges is required for integration.

How to Log In

Go to the Zoho Desk login page and enter your email address and password to log in. Zoho Desk login screen

How to Find the Organization ID

After logging in to Zoho Expense, click Setup in the upper right. Setup screen Click APIs. APIs screen The Org ID is your organization ID. Org ID confirmation screen

Register an OAuth App

Sign in to https://api-console.zoho.com/. Zoho API Console Click ADD CLIENT > Server-Based Applications. ADD CLIENT screen Enter the required information and click CREATE. Client creation screen Go to Settings and check Use the same Oauth credentials for all data centers. Settings screen

Integration Setup

In the MoneyForward Admina integrations screen, search for Zoho Desk. Enter any workspace name and the organization ID confirmed in the previous step, then click Connect. Zoho Desk integration settings screen Once the integration is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If it does not complete successfully.
