How to Login to Freshchat

How to get an Access Key

The API token is the access key. Issue an API token by referring to the following support page. https://support.freshchat.com/support/solutions/articles/50000000011-api-tokens

Integration Setup

Search for Freshchat on the integration screen of Admina by Money Forward. Search for Freshchat on the integration screen Enter a workspace name of any string (e.g., company name) and an access key, then click Link. Enter the access key If the link is successful, the registered user information will be displayed in the account list. If it does not complete normally, edit it from the status tab of the integration screen and try the linkage again. If you cannot solve it, please contact us via chat.
