How to log in to Freshdesk

How to obtain a workspace key

How to obtain an access key

The API key is displayed on the right side of the Profile Settings page. The API key is your access key — save it. API key confirmation

Integration Setup

Search for Freshdesk on the MoneyForward Admina integrations screen. Integration search Enter any string (e.g., your company name) as the workspace name, and the workspace key and access key obtained in the previous steps, then click Connect. Integration settings screen Once the integration with Freshdesk is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list. If the process does not complete successfully, go to the Status tab on the integrations screen, click Edit, and try connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact us via chat.
